About others, about work, about doing well. Sometimes a little too much. Maybe you feel the pull of perfectionism.
But how does there never seem enough time to do everything? After taking care of your long list of commitments, why does it feel like you come in last to yourself?
Something has to change, and you know it. Perhaps you’ve tried in the past but feel yourself stuck in old habits. You might even know exactly what you need, but something gets in the way.
I focus on helping high-achieving individuals attain and sustain true change through tiny, behavior-based habits—bridging that gap between ‘common sense‘ (knowing) and ‘common practice’ (doing).
I help people like you rediscover their effervescence – so they can live fully.
Through private, 1:1 coaching, I help you get your fizz back—to be the brightest, bubbliest, best version of you.
My approach is bridging the gap between insight and action. Together, we explore internal narratives, then build habits and systems that sustain true change.
I grew up standing in food lines in a country steeped in economical and political turmoil. When my family came to the U.S., I dove head-first into being a high-achiever — and navigating the ensuing perfectionism and burnout. Read more.
I’ve coached and facilitated leadership workshops for 6,000+ executives, managers, and individuals, wrote an award-winning book, and have spoken on the TEDx and conference stages about workplace culture and human flourishing.
My guiding principles are curiosity, candor, and connection — and my life’s work is to ignite a more joyful world.
Why? Because I believe each of us deserves to live their fullest, most effervescent lives. And it’s my joy and honor to help people get there.
Have you ever asked yourself this question?
You’re not alone! Perhaps you’re starting or switching careers. Maybe you’ve hit a pivotal point and feel lost or overwhelmed by options.

When I was just seven, my family emigrated from a country where we had to stand in long lines for bread amid political and economic turmoil. We came to the US with just two suitcases, a wad of cash, and the sheer will to survive.
That survival paved the way for thriving after navigating perfectionism, burnout, and first-hand experience that we as humans are so much more capable than we give ourselves credit for.
If you’re someone who values educational credibility and expertise, I see you. While I believe success is measured in impact — clients making the changes they want to make — I also understand wanting someone who doesn’t just talk the talk, but walks the walk.
From not knowing a lick of English as a kid, to a career centered around helping others thrive, I’ve had the honor to:
I believe that we can cultivate a more joyful, present, and just world.
And it starts with us. Sometimes, a little support and accountability go a long way.
My commitment is to lead with curiosity, empathy, and candor — to empower you to live fully.
I tend to use the co-active model of coaching, a scientifically-supported approach where both client and coach collaborate in the partnership (hence, “co + active”).
This model presumes four principles:
1. People are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole
2. The focus is on the whole person (holistic approach)
3. Together, we are present and attuned to what emerges in the moment
4. The goal is to evoke transformation.
Imagine if the whole world was governed by these principles!
I draw on practices from behavioral science, co-active coaching, and some somatic work to meet clients exactly where they are, in three parts: awareness, experimentation, sustainability.
1. Awareness – Explore and understand internal stories and beliefs
2. Experimentation – Micro-experiments after every session to practice new behaviors
3. Sustainability – Select new, aligned behaviors and update internal narratives
The goal is to have clients update and practice new thought and behavior patterns that serve them better and empower them to sustain the change — bridging the gap between knowing and doing.

Remember, you have the power to shape your dream life.
It won’t happen overnight.
But tiny habits (both behavioral and mindset) compounded over time will get you closer, one day at a time.
And not in the ‘hoo-rah-ray toxic positivity‘ way.
But through rediscovering your effervescence and having someone who believes in you and supports you every step of the way.
If this resonates with you, let’s chat. I’d love to get to know your story and see how we might weave an even more beautiful one together.
Because our lives are meant to be just that – fully lived.
