Workshops & facilitation
Get people talking. Experimenting. Doing things differently.
Custom series, workshops, and offsites. Practice in the room, then take it to Monday.
Virtual and in-person · 60-minute workshops to full-day offsites
“We have very high expectations at JPMC, and you exceeded those expectations.”
What would help your team move forward?
Leadership development series
Give leaders time to learn, experiment, and return with real experience to work through. Connected sessions build on one another, shaped around your organization’s goals and the situations your people face.
Custom workshops
Focus on a specific challenge or skill. Participants work with their own examples, try new approaches, and receive feedback during the session. Most workshops run 60–120 minutes.
Leadership offsites & team working sessions
Step out of the day-to-day to work on what needs collective attention. Facilitated half-day and full-day sessions help leadership teams explore perspectives, clarify strategic goals, and work toward shared direction.
Where the work happens
In the room, or on the screen.
Same intention. Different design. Katya builds the session for the setting, so people can actually participate.
In person
Built for being in the room
People move, pair up, and practice where everyone can see the work.
Offsites, leadership gatherings, and half-day or full-day sessions where being together is the point.
Virtual
Built for the screen
Prompts are tighter, and practice happens in breakouts and shared work.
Distributed teams, cohorts across offices, and focused 60–120 minute workshops.
Where we might begin

Communication, presence & influence
Shape a clear message, adapt it to an audience, and practice delivering it with feedback. Work on presentations, storytelling, elevator pitches, feedback, or the confidence to speak when the moment comes.
Change & resilience
Make sense of shifting demands, sort what you can influence, and choose where to put your attention and effort. Explore strategic thinking, prioritization, and ways to stay grounded when the plan keeps changing.
Purpose, vision & direction
Connect everyday work to the reasons it matters. Develop a vision others can understand and act on, or explore career and life choices through reflection, ikigai, visualization, and practical experiments—including thoughtful uses of AI.
Have something else in mind? These are starting points. The session takes shape around your people and context.
You’ll definitely do more than take notes.
Try the conversation out loud. Sketch the problem on a whiteboard. Picture how you want to show up, then practice it with someone else.
Depending on the group, a session might involve storytelling, visualization, partner experiments, live coaching, or a question that sends the conversation somewhere unexpected.
There’s room to laugh, get curious, and try again. Then we ask: what did you notice—and how will you use it?
The skill. The person. The system around them.
Organizational development, behavioral science, embodied awareness, and wisdom traditions inform the work. Alongside practical skills, sessions make space to explore the habits, expectations, and working conditions that affect how people use them.

“As a training strategist, I was so impressed by the effortless engagement and sense of connection Katya Davydova, MSOD created through a mix of activities and incredibly thoughtful prompts.”

Working toward shared strategic direction
A custom executive-team offsite designed and facilitated to help leaders work toward alignment on strategic goals.
“The Eisenhower Matrix, in particular, was a game-changer for me—I implemented it that same day and saw immediate results with the on-chain storytelling relief efforts project I mentioned regarding the Eaton fires in Altadena, CA.”
Start with what’s happening in your organization.
- 01
What are your people navigating? What would you like them to handle differently? What have you already tried?
- 02
Those questions shape the topics, activities, and format—from a focused workshop to a connected leadership series or a full-day offsite. The experience is tailored to your people, goals, and ways of working.
- 03
You don’t need a finished brief. A challenge you’re still untangling is a good place to start.
